Seminars for 
Fitness & Defense

Our high-energy fitness-based self-defense seminars are designed for men and women ages 16 and up, offering a dynamic blend of physical fitness and practical self-defense skills. Each session lasts between 60 to 90 minutes, featuring fitness challenges that push your physical and mental limits, testing your fortitude and resilience. You’ll learn real-world, practical self-defense techniques that empower you to protect yourself in any situation while building strength, confidence, and endurance. Whether you're looking to improve your fitness or gain valuable self-defense skills, these seminars are designed to challenge and equip you for real-life situations.

Small Group
Private Lessons

Our small group private lessons offer high-energy fitness-based self-defense training for men and women ages 16 and up, providing a personalized and empowering experience. These 60-90 minute sessions are designed to push you and your group—whether friends, family, or teammates—through fitness challenges that test both physical strength and mental fortitude. You’ll learn real-world, practical self-defense techniques tailored to your specific goals, ensuring you gain the confidence and skills needed to protect yourself in any situation. Women's Challenge Training

Our women’s fitness and self-defense classes are tailored to empower women of all fitness levels, ages 16 and up. These high-energy sessions combine practical self-defense techniques with fitness challenges that test both your physical strength and mental resilience. Each class lasts 50-60 minutes, focusing on real-world defense skills while building confidence, strength, and endurance. Youth
Courses

Our fitness and self-defense courses for youth ages 12-15 are designed to be both fun and empowering, offering a perfect blend of physical fitness and practical self-defense skills. These sessions feature high-energy workouts and fitness challenges that help build strength, confidence, and resilience. Students will learn real-world self-defense techniques while developing their mental and physical fortitude.
